Fettuccine Alfredo

This is what I prepare when HB is not home. The girls love it plus, it is so simple to make.

First is to melt butter on a pan.

Add in sliced garlic. Stir until almost golden.

Next is the cut sausages.

After awhile join the mushrooms. Here I use white button mushroom.

Once the mushroom has softened, pour in double cream.In slow fire, stir well.

Next is Parmesan Cheese. Preferably, freshly grated. Keep stirring.

Turn off the stove & toss the pasta together with the alfredo sauce.

Fettucinne Alfredo, serve immediately.
